- Varied methodology – classroom sessions with audio-visual teaching, ground exercises, mock drills and situation-specific tasks.

Our Personnel
Smart, disciplined and well-equipped
Attire & equipment
Two sets of quality uniforms, belt, cap with KSS logo and black leather or industrial safety shoes, plus seasonal clothing such as raincoat and jersey. Torches and sticks are provided as deterrence and aids to duty.
Facilities
First-aid kits at duty points and immediate medical attention for patrolling guards. Accommodation is arranged as per requirement.
Discipline
Personnel are instructed to dress smartly, maintain high standards of discipline, show due respect to senior officers, decline hospitality, and strictly follow instructions of KSS and the client establishment.
On Duty
What our guards do
Standard duties, adapted to each site's post orders.
- Prevent theft and pilferage through physical search
- Regulate access control by checking and recording entry to installations
- Deny unauthorised entry into the premises
- Maintain records of all emergency contacts and check disturbances
- Raise the fire alarm and take preventive action in case of fire
- Initiate incident or observation reports when asked
- Record incoming and outgoing traffic and materials
- Monitor CCTV and watch the movement of suspicious persons
- Maintain proper duty rosters at all duty posts
